About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our Engineering team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
• Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
• Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
• Support the engineering team with document preparation and project coordination
• Handle inventory and order office supplies as needed
• Assist in organizing company events and meetings

About you:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or office assistant role preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
