We are a well-established, family based General Medical Practice in Mackay, who are seeking applications for our RN/EN position.
Working together as a team to provide the highest quality of healthcare to our patients is of the utmost importance as is the patient-centered drivefor preventative care through Chronic Disease Management and patient initiatives.

We are looking for a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse who not only has apatient and caring disposition but also the ability toperform wellunder pressure andwork cohesivelywithin a team environment.
They need to behighly motivated witha sound background in patient care and be able to adapt to an ever-changing environment and industry.
It would be good for the candidate to have experience in the General Practice settingand be proficient in:
- Chronic Disease Management and Care Plans
- Health Assessments
- Diagnostics - Audio, ECG, Spirometry andBP
- Childhood Immunisations
- Ear Irrigation
- Assisting minor procedures
- Wound care
- Other duties and desirable proficiencies include, but are not limited to:
- experience with Medical Director,Pracsoft, and Hotdoc
- general computer use
The positionavailable can be tailored for theright applicant aseither Full time or Permanent part time however,theability to cover occasional extra days when required for holiday and sick leave. Full-time employment is available for the right applicant.
Pay rateThe employment level and pay rate will be dependent on the successful applicants' qualifications, experience, and abilities.The starting rate will bereviewed on successful completion of the probation periodand then followed up annually.
The pay cycles are done weekly.
