Overview
MCR are recruiting for a BMS Manager to join an expanding data centre operator in Melbourne. This is a newly created role due to company growth.

You'll be the BMS subject matter expert working client side responsible for leading BMS/ EPMS solutions, managing the BMS vendor and contractor.
This is a hands on position collaborating with the engineering, delivery, construction and operation teams to ensure a consistent and replicable solution is being implemented and maintained in Australia.

Your duties will include:
  • Hands on design work.
  • Managing the BMS vendor and contractor.
  • For new projects assessing tenders and awarding work.
  • Design and delivery of BMS projects.
  • Lead the operation of BMS alarm monitoring systems.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to facility teams during incidents/alarms affecting site operation.
  • Reporting and reviewing of BMS spend.
Key Requirements:
  • In-depth knowledge of Tridium and Niagara is essential.
  • Design and delivery experience of BMS projects.
  • Leadership experience with excellent communication skills.
  • Data Centre experience preferred otherwise critically complex facility experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering field.
