We are seeking a fixed-term Campaign Manager to join the Growth team. You will be responsible for leading two campaigns. The first is a fully integrated media campaign, the second is a competition.
This opportunity requires strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities, experience in media and running a campaign from idea to execution and measurement.
Job Description- Partner with media agency to develop, run and refine media plans.
- Measure performance of campaign, and support with actions and pivots based on outcomes.
- Coordinate / lead cross-functional team to bring to life activity in support of the campaign, including our performance team, content teams, and broker marketing teams.
- Cultivate strong relationships with agencies to deliver to compressed timelines.
- Act as the main point of contact for our third-party contacts.
- Utilise data-driven insights to define, track, and quantify the ROI of the campaign and individual channels.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to internal stakeholders, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement
- Demonstrated experience in leading integrated campaigns
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
