SIMPEC Pty Ltd is a diversified services provider headquartered in Perth, Western Australia, specialising in construction and asset management within the energy, infrastructure, and resources industries.

The primary role of the Mobilisation Coordinator is to facilitate the mobilisation process. This includes pre-employment checks, testing and medicals plus ensuring compliance for each candidate against the Training Needs Analysis and SIMPEC requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate a seamless onboarding process through arranging pre-employment medicals, training and induction requirements in a sequential order that is cost effective and best suited to the business and the employee/candidate.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process liaising with candidates to compile and audit new employee documentation including qualifications and certificates.
  • Ensure all qualification and training requirements are compliant with site and SIMPEC specifications, renaming and storing information securely in the SIMPEC employee files.
  • Order and track PPE for new employees where required.
  • Schedule all travel and accommodation requirements throughout the mobilisation process
  • Ensure all relevant stake holders are updated with candidate progress and commencement dates.
  • Perform inter departmental adhoc duties where required, including but not limited to; Recruitment, Human Resources, Accounts and Health and Safety support.

About you

  • 2 – 3 years’ experience in a mobilisation administration role within the resources sector.
  • A demonstrated ability to facilitate the end-to-end high-volume mobilisation of personnel highly regarded.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong administration and computer literacy skills with a proven ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Able to prioritise and seek innovative solutions to tasks and demonstrate a strong drive, output, and flexibility.
  • Show a desire to collaborate with a team environment and always promote a team approach.
