Introduction

Brunel Australasia is partnering with one of the worlds leading energy companies to source an experienced Subsea Drilling/PA Engineer to work in their Melbourne CBD office.

About this role

This role will be supporting jack-up rig operations on five subsea well P&A’s and one new subsea drill well.Must include HSE, including process safety, considerations in engineering design.

What you need to bring:
  • University degree in Engineering.
  • Extensive experience as a Subsea Engineer.
  • Preference for experience in subsea well intervention and subsea P&A’s.
  • Must include HSE, including process safety, considerations in engineering design.
  • Able to identify risks and enact suitable preventative and mitigative controls.
  • In-depth knowledge of NOPSEMA regulations.
  • Must be comfortable learning and integrating into Operator’s management systems and teams.
  • Knowledge of subsea equipment interfaces, latching mechanisms, and HP riser analysis is considered valuable
  • Role is based in Melbourne CBD, VIC
  • Mon - Fri
  • Attractive day rate on offer
