Are you a seasoned business transformation specialist with a passion for shaping the future of the energy sector? JD Ross Energy is thrilled to collaborate with a renowned Energy Consultancy in search of a dynamic Senior Manager/ Associate Director specialising in Business Transformation- Energy to join their rapidly expanding team.
As a Senior Manager/ Associate Director you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive services with clients to recalibrate their business models, assets and processes to effectively and efficiently operationalise their strategic, capital, ESG and reform priorities.
Your sector overview:
Business Transformation:
- Setting up and supporting Project Management Offices (PMOs)
- Evaluating, designing, and innovating business models
- Overhauling business processes
- Harnessing digital/tech and data for transformation
- Enhancing profitability sustainably
- Managing enterprise risks effectively
- Guiding people through organisational change
Supply Chain and Operations:
- Analysing and optimizing sustainable supply chains
- Implementing eco-friendly procurement strategies
- Transforming operations for sustainability
Finance:
- Leading the charge for net-zero CFO initiatives
- Managing finances sustainably
Requirements:
- 5+ years of consulting experience in a top-tier consultancy or strategy firm.
