The Opportunity

We have an opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our friendly, close-knit team in Cairns. You’ll work collaboratively with our Property Management team, supporting the day-to-day management of a portfolio of properties including tenant liaison, lease administration, occupancy issues as well as general office administration duties.

Here's what you will focus on;

1. Establish positive relationships and provide prompt responses to tenant’s requests
2. Administration of all leases to ensure compliance by the owner and the tenants
3. Monitor financial transactions relative to lease and contractual obligations
4. Preparation/compilation of reports, documents, presentation material, minutes for meetings as required
5. General Property, Office and Administrative duties including greeting clients, attending meetings, monthly reporting along with ad-hoc duties as required.

Here are strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful;

1. Previous property administration experience with high level attention to detail
2. Strong time management and organisational skills to be able to thrive in a busy environment
3. Superior communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships
4. A positive attitude and flexible approach to work
5. Real Estate Certificate or working towards it
