We are a family-owned building company. Currently, we have an exciting project underway involving the construction of 14 townhouses in one site and are seeking a dedicated Construction Site Supervisor to join our team on a full time/contract basis.

Position Overview:

Ready to stop driving between 10-20 sites? As a Construction Site Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all on-site activities related to the construction of 14 townhouses in one site. You will be responsible for ensuring that the project is completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance. Negotiate $ for the right supervisor. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations at the construction site, including coordination of subcontractors, scheduling of work, and monitoring progress.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.
  • Liaise with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues and ensure project objectives are met.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Manage resources effectively to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and communicate updates to senior management.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or similar role in the residential construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
  • Solid understanding of safety procedures and protocols.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and documents.
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction management or a related field.
