Are you a legal professional with a passion for insurance law? We're looking for a skilled Lawyer up to Senior Associate level to join an esteemed team specialising in Statutory Lines Insurance matters.In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work on State and Commonwealth Self-Insured WorkCover cases, managing claims and common law matters, and providing support for major litigation proceedings. This is a chance to contribute your expertise to a diverse range of sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling WorkCover matters across Victorian and Commonwealth jurisdictions
- Managing claims and common law issues
- Supporting major litigation proceedings
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance practice
- Solid understanding of statutory issues
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- Competitive salary package ranging from $90k to $125k
- Opportunity for Associate title for candidates with 2 years PAE
- Work alongside experienced professionals in the field
