What role you will play?

You will work closely with our Financial Management Group on forecasting the profit share pool and understand the associated accounting impacts. You will be the key contact to obtain financial data for Board Remuneration Committee papers and Remuneration Reports to support their engagement with investors and corporate governance bodies.

You will be involved in the preparation of various remuneration disclosures, peer remuneration arrangements, and market benchmarking. In addition, identify and develop solutions, provide advice and guidance using data analysis, modelling, and interpretation to improve the governance and efficiency of remuneration processes and reduce associated risks.

What you offer

• Strong ability and interest in numerical data

• Ability to analyse and interpret data to inform decision making

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications which include Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook

• Advanced knowledge in Excel is preferred.

• A creative, solutions-focused and commercial approach whilst maintaining high levels of customer service

• Chartered accountant qualification and/or prior experience of remuneration regulation within Financial Services will be highly advantageous
