The Role 

As a Paralegal in the property team, you will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end file management within the commercial property space.

Documentation Excellence: Assessing instructions and preparing documentation with meticulous attention to detail
Client Collaboration: Liaising with clients, solicitors, funders, and external parties to ensure seamless transactions.
Process Optimisation: Arranging settlements using PEXA, preparing accounts' paperwork, and finalising registrations.
Compliance: Ensuring security documentation is returned within specified service levels

About You 

This role is tailor-made for an individual who will thrive in a vibrant and collaborative environment and possess the following: 

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of expertise in the Property or Banking sector is required to be successful in this role, preferably as a Paralegal 
• Client Focus: Exceptional client rapport and relationship-building skills to deliver unparalleled service
• Organisation: Meticulous attention to detail, organisational skills and a passion for structure and process will see you fit right in 
• Team Player: Proven ability to manage files end to end while working collaboratively is a must 
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders is a pre-requisite when it comes to landing this unique role 
• Deadline-driven: A proactive and flexible approach to work will set you apart, as will the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
