As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

About Goodstart Belmont
- Location: Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Belmont is conveniently situated within the Belmont Shopping Complex, offering a unique view of neighbouring parklands, creating a peaceful atmosphere.

- Nutritious Meals : Our qualified cook prepares fresh, healthy, and nutritious meals, including breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, and a late snack.
- Community Engagement: We actively engage with the community through visits, excursions, and participation in events, teaching children the value of active citizenship.
- Dedicated Staff: Many of our staff members have been with Goodstart Early Learning Belmont for years, demonstrating unwavering dedication to children and families.
What Goodstart can offer you:
- You’ll get paid on par with state primary school Teachers (*if you hold your Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent) $37.02 + $59.00 per hour + super

You’ll need:
- Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current Qld Working with Children Check
