Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Short-Term Property Manager & Business Development Manager to join our team. This dual role is perfect for a driven individual who can manage day-to-day operations while also focusing on business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of short-term rental properties, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage bookings, coordinate check-ins/check-outs, and handle guest inquiries and issues promptly.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximise occupancy rates and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our property portfolio.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional campaigns and partnerships.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to management.
  • Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of short-term rental platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com) and property management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in business development or sales is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of local real estate and property market trends in Australia.
