New exciting contract role for a Salesforce Solutions Lead has opened up with an Iconic Australian brand. The role will be joining a high profile digital transformation project within a Salesforce ecosystem. The project aims to streamline and automate processes within the digital space, improving customer experience at the end of the pipeline.

The role is a contract role for 6 months to start off, working hybrid 3 days in the office in Sydney. It is a day rate contract at $1000.00 inclusive of Super per day. It is a solution design role with technical hands on requirements, the ideal candidate should be able to hit the ground running on a dynamic project.

Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the definition of technical requirements and coordinate design activities to ensure consistent solutions across integration applications and systems.
  • Evaluate new services, vendors, applications, and security tools to determine their compatibility within our solution architecture.
  • Offer guidance on solution component development, considering digital business developments and ensuring security by design principles.
  • Lead design workshops with various vendors to foster collaboration and innovative solutions.
  • Develop and deliver intricate cross-domain solutions using a blend of agile and planned methodologies to meet evolving client needs.
  • Demonstrate coding abilities when necessary to support solution implementation.

Requirements:

  • 10+ Years experience in delivering business-focused solution architecture engagements.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and negotiate program alignment to strategic direction, particularly during program initiation phases.
  • Strong expertise in defining and delivering contemporary, practical approaches for technology areas, encompassing strategic direction, assessments, blueprints, and roadmaps.
  • Proven experience in creating solution architecture designs across both waterfall and agile delivery methodologies.
  • Industry knowledge of modern integration approaches, including SOA, APIs, microservices, and event-based architectures.
  • Technical expertise in: Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components, Integration, Data Modeling, and Salesforce development tools, Salesforce Sales/Experience/Service Clouds.
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications.
