NES Fircroft are looking for an experienced Fixed Plant supervisor, to work with our client based in Collie. 

This is a Full time position, DIDO working a dayshift only, 4 days a week, 10hr days.

Relocation assistance to Collie, Bunbury or nearby locations within an hour of the plant. 

About you: 

• Strong maintenance understanding, from a refinery/ complex process plant background. 
• Experience with associated plant components to Bauzite grinding, slurry storange, digestion, clarification, precipitation and calcination.
• Managing a crew of 8 or more staff 
• Experience with both scheduled and breakdown maintenance
• Participate in the weekly pre-planning, planning and scheduling meetings to ensure alignment and commitment of resources to the work schedule. 
• Strong safety focus
• Can communite to a diverse group of people with different skill levels. 

Must haves: 

• Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor appointment or willing to obtain 
• C class drivers license
• Cert III Mechanical Engineering ( Fitting or Fabrication) OR relavent experience in an operations role
• Gas fitting ticket desirable
• Must have full australian work rights
