The Government and Client Relationships division is responsible for developing and maintaining broad and robust relationships with our key government stakeholders and clients, working across TCorp to drive quality outcomes, continuous improvement, market share, and growth. Members of the division partner with subject matter experts in Investment Management and across TCorp to deliver holistic solutions for our clients.
Reporting to the Business Manager, Government & Client Relationships, the Senior Analyst, Client Services will partner with and supports the Business Manager, Government and Client Relationships to deliver a professional client experience, providing value and quality outcomes to clients and the State.
The successful candidate will be accountable for:
- Providing professional client servicing that explores and meets client needs and is aligned to TCorp’s strategic objectives.
- Working closely with the Heads of and internal stakeholders to ensure the services and client deliverables are prepared to a high standard and delivered on time.
- Managing the day-to-day Government and Client Relationships technology imperatives in partnership with the IT Division and maintaining the quality of data in the CRM.
- Leading the ongoing enhancement of reporting, communications, presentations, and use of the CRM portal, which are fit for purpose in accordance with clients’ needs.
TCorp would like to hear from client-service oriented candidates with an understanding of the banking and financial services industry, including compliance requirements and regulation changes, and developed stakeholder management and influencing skills, problem solving and analytical skills.
The successful candidate will hold a tertiary qualification in Business or Finance (or equivalent) with relevant experience in a client service/client relationship role with institutional clients and working knowledge of Treasury and Investment Management products. Experience in projects, as well as managing and enhancing Client Relationship Management (CRM) database and documentation and risk management experience is essential.
