About you

As the Centre Manager, your responsibilities extend beyond operational management tocultivate a nurturing and vibrant workplace environment.Your leadership profoundly influences the educational path of the children and staff in your care.We seek a seasoned leader with experience in similar roles, showcasing adept communication skills to rally, inspire, and empower a team of dedicated early childhood educational professionals who will be instrumental in crafting the learning atmosphere for our children and building strong family connections.

Role requirements

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher)
  • Proven people management experience with the ability to manage both up and down the chain
  • A positive growth mindset coupled with strong organisational and time management skills
  • Strong knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Positive experience with Assessment and Rating, including developing and maintaining a QIP
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with all stakeholders
