Due to continued growth we are seeking to appoint a Business Manager (Finance & Insurance Sales) to our multi franchised automotive dealership in the heart of Parramatta.


To be the successful applicant you will demonstrate a proven track record as a successful Finance & Insurance team player as well as possessing the following attributes:

  • EXPERIENCED F&I operative, knowledge of VW Skoda and Allianz preferable with necessary industry accreditation necessary 
  • Applicants with Taurus, VWFS, Allied and Allianz accreditation will be highly regarded
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
  • Acute business acumen
  • The ability to create strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Hold a current Australian drivers licence
  • Self-driven and motivated to achieve results
  • Have the ability to work weekends and 10 day fortnight
  • Have at least 2 years industry experience
