Our client is a Tier1 company in Financial Services sector. They are seeking a dedicated and skilled Engineering Manager to lead their engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, a passion for AI and machine learning, and proven leadership skills. This role involves managing a team of talented engineers, driving the development of cutting-edge document processing solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products.
Responsibilities:
- Tackle complex technical challenges on the Hyperscience platform, including work with Python, Flows SDK, and custom supervision.
- Provide guidance on infrastructure, upgrades, scaling, and capacity.
- Lead and mentor developers on best practices to enhance our capabilities.
- Adhere to the risk framework and associated controls to ensure all risks are identified, managed, escalated, and mitigated.
- Continuously strive to identify risks and communicate any potential issues.
- Offer specialist advice on general design methods and practices, identifying conditions or factors that may affect objectives.
- Serve as the technical point person for the business units we support.
- Develop a deep understanding of the document landscape and associated business processes within the scope of automation.
Requirements:
- 6-8 years of experience in building and delivering Hyperscience solutions and other intelligent document processing solutions (e.g., Kofax, Abbyy).
- Strong experience with building with Python and the Hyperscience SDK/Flows/Custom Supervision.
- Strong experience in a large and complex organization, primarily in the financial services industry.
- Certifications in Hyperscience and other technologies such as PEGA Robotics, Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Platform.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement having worked with senior levels.
- Excellent in verbal & communication skills.
