We are currently searching for an experienced IT Business Analyst who will play a crucial role in integrating SAP, aligning it with our existing ERP systems within the organization. Our ideal candidate will possess a strong specialization in Microsoft Business Central. This position is based in Sydney.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Gain a deep understanding of customer/partner business processes and requirements and those of other end users.

• Assess business needs and actively contribute to crafting and developing practical solutions.

• Thoroughly document and analyze the necessary information and data. • Comprehend both the technical design, specifications, and the needs of clients, partners, and end users.

• Evaluate insights obtained from workshops, surveys, and task analysis activities.

• Offer financial and accounting expertise to aid in the IT team's understanding of user requirements.

• Collaborate closely with developers and end users to ensure seamless technical integration and user contentment.

• Maintain oversight of project timelines, budgets, and the successful implementation of new systems and releases.

• Develop and review user manuals and other technical documentation as needed.

• Provide or coordinate training for users on new systems or processes.

Essential Requirements:

• Possess tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent knowledge, skills, and experience, demonstrating a commitment to continuous professional growth.

• Accumulate 5+ years of experience in the pertinent field.

• Exhibit a profound understanding of Microsoft Business Central's design and configuration.
