Your Purpose:
Lead and deliver the technical vision for our Salesforce CPQ domain, ensuring a world-class, dynamic, and future-focused experience for TechnologyOne internal customers.
Your Leader: Enterprise Architect/ Director of IT
As the Salesforce CPQ Solution Architect, your responsibilities include:
- Proactively working with business leaders and operation team leads to optimize existing solutions and CPQ best practices.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance business processes and architecture through transformation workshops.
- Leading Salesforce CPQ/CRM implementation and enhancements across all phases of development.
- Configuring Salesforce CPQ solutions and collaborating with internal developers on custom Apex, Flow, Process Builder, workflows, dashboards, and integrations.
- Serving as the technical subject matter expert, guiding internal and external teams to implement scalable solutions.
- Establishing and maintaining system documentation and improvement roadmaps.
- Managing project releases and providing hypercare support.
- Leading business communications, change management, and system incident management processes.
Continuous Improvement Deliverables:
- Continually challenging the status quo and driving enhancements of solution design.
- Managing systems, processes, and costs to improve efficiencies.
- Ensuring compliance with policies & procedures and enhancing work health and safety requirements.
Your Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience managing Quote-to-Cash applications, including proficiency in Salesforce CPQ.
- Strong understanding of systems supporting Sales and Marketing organizations in the SaaS industry.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
- Hands-on experience and advanced knowledge of Salesforce CPQ; exposure to Conga preferred.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce administration and CI/CD processes.
- Track record in solving business problems with technical solutions.
- Superior analytical, creative problem-solving, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Experience in business partnering, system architecture/design, and process improvement.
- Familiarity with industry-standard development methodologies (e.g., BABOK, Prince 2, TOGAF)
