The Role
The Corporate Regulatory practice is looking for a Senior Associate. Clients will include some of Australia's largest financial institutions and financial services businesses, as well as some of the most innovative Fintechs entering the market. Working closely with the Partner of this team in Brisbane, you will act as the 2IC, leading strategies and client facing, developing your reputation in one of the largest corporate practices in the world.
The successful candidate will need to be:
- 4+years PQE experience
- experienced in advising clients across all facets of the key financial services regimes (AFS, ACL AML and APRA regulation)
- effective communicator and a team player
- Beneficial if experienced in advising clients across key financial services regimes (AFS, ACL AML and APRA regulation)
- WFH flexibility
- Smaller team that gives close contact to the Partner
