aka Recruitment is excited to be working with a Commercial Automotive client in Leeds to bring you a rare Invoicing Administrator position. Joining a thriving and busy department, this role will be on a temp-to-perm basis.
Job Duties Include:- Liaising with customers and clients regarding prices/costings
- Processing invoices
- Building and maintaining relationships
- Cross-referencing and managing invoices on the system
- Working with different departments and branches to ensure details are up to date
- Experience with invoices is essential
- Knowledge of the automotive industry is advantageous but not essential
- A good attention to detail is a must for this role

This is a rare and fantastic opportunity to join an expanding family-run business and help them provide professional customer service at all levels. You will be working within a fast-paced environment; therefore, you must be able to hit the ground running. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm, with a salary based on experience, generally upwards from 24k.
