Role Summary:

The People & Capability Data Coordinator role is anopportunity in our P&C Systems & Analytics Team based atour Head Office in the Perth CBD. This role is being offered as aPermanent Part-Time (37.5 hours per fortnight) role.

The P&C Data Coordinator is accountable for people datamaintenance specifically organisational changes and updates anddata integrity and compliance; SAP HCM Systems enhancements andtroubleshooting; and managing the HR Inbox.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain employee data in SAPHCM and troubleshoot any SAP HCM queries and issues includingthose with Employee Lifecycle Management (ELM) processes.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, ring fencing and othercompliance requirements for Synergy’s people data; andimplement data quality controls to minimise errors anddiscrepancies.
  • Manage the HR inbox triaging and prioritising queriesacross P&C.
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support to the P&C teamas required.

What you’ll bring:

  • Business Administration or similar OR equivalent experiencein a similar role.
  • Proven experience in data management or a similar role.Familiarity with different platforms and data reportingtools.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential informationwith discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Ability to think systemically.
