Role:
This is a 10 week assignment
Job Responsibilities
Partners with various third-party support providers to address and resolve local end user and IT environment issues as well as service requests.
- Serves as the intermediary between the Service Desk and end users.
- Assists in preparations and conducts user acceptance testing necessary for infrastructure projects and enhancements.
- Ensures adherence to continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining 5S standards across all sites.
- Engages with end users to facilitate preparations for Audit and SOX compliance.
- Communicates internally and externally with customers to record resolutions, propose action plans, and oversee project requirements and enhancements.
