Cleaner Supervisor Regional Victoria

We are seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee a multi-site cleaning contract across regional NSW and Victoria areas. This dynamic role will be suitable for an ambitious experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team through an exciting period of growth to oversee a portfolio of sites.

Working closely with the Customer Service Managers and Head Office, you will focus on overseeing a portfolio of our clients and ground staff. The ideal candidate will be a flexible, hands-on, well-presented representative, mobile and keen to work for us full-time and focus on our strong regional presence.

This is a hands-on role. Regional areas cover sites in VIC and NSW.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Develop and maintain positive client relationships and assist with Business Development
Working as a cleaning supervisor on cleaning sites

Recruitment and training of new and existing cleaners
Assisting in new contract start-ups and changeovers
Maintain quality control through regular site inspections
Maintain compliance with Policies and Procedures

Supervising sites completing QA inspections and ensuring our software systems are used correctly everywhere

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Cleaning Service industry experience
  • Have a proactive and motivated approach to problem-solving.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Knowledge and understanding of rosters, schedules, and the Cleaning Industry Award
  • Experience managing teams
  • Business Development
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Display excellent written, verbal, and reporting writing skills
  • Maintain a positive team culture
  • Knowledge and understanding of Quality, Environment, and WHS systems – safe systems of work and environmental management.
  • The ability to learn, utilise, monitor and report on electronic time tracking of cleaning teams through mobile phones/ tablets etc

Additional Information:

  • Minimum 1-2 years Cleaning Supervision
  • Police Check Certificate ( must be current no more than 3 months )
  • Award Level 2 with Leading Hand Allowance
  • Full-time role
  • Vehicle Allowance
