Recruiting Administrator - Sydney The Hills - Blacktown Office

Right at Home is one of the largest home care providers in the world, with approximately 600 offices in eight countries around the world.

Our Blacktown office continues to grow quickly and we are looking for another experienced and dedicated Recruiting Administratorto support our growing business in the Blacktown area. The successful candidate will preferably have a strong background in recruitment and HR management. The role itself is responsible for recruiting the care staff, maintaining compliance as well as retaining the care worker to service including ongoing staff performance review. The successful applicant will thrive on working in a close-knit team and have a passion for delivering the highest quality care

This role does require some flexibility as some weekend supports are likely to be required, with this time to be offset as reasonable through the week.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities in a timely manner including but not limited to advertising, screening of resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews/assessments, and coordination of the pre-employment checks.
  • Create and manage talent pools.
  • Maintain recruitment and HR records according to policy, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Provide recruitment reports as required.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and undertake project work as required.
Preferred Skills
  • Attention to detail, time management, and a sense of urgency. 
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimum of Cert III in Business Administration
  • HR qualifications are an advantage.
  • Exposure to Community Services.
