They are seeking a Head of Finance to join their team and drive financial success in a challenging and rewarding environment

Job Description:


We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Head of Finance to oversee financial operations, manage multiple entities, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in driving financial strategy and contributing to the company's growth

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Oversee multiple entities and ensure accurate and compliant financial management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop financial strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and implement necessary controls.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance and analysis to support decisionmaking.
  • Assist Team on Administration duties to assist and compile documentation to our external accountants relating to ATO /ASIC lodgements.
  • Review and Ensure tax compliance obligations are met including BAS, OSR, Superannuation, and PAYG.
  • Lead and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
  • Work in office 5 days a weekQualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance; CPA or CA in Australia
  • Proven experience as a Head of Finance or similar role, managing multiple entities.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
