We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable / Associate Accountant to join our team based in Macquarie Park for a 3-month contract. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role is responsible for providing support to the Sydney Finance team and plays a key role in ensuring companywide expenditure is accurately recorded and monitored.

Key responsibilities for this position include (but are not limited to):

• Collate, enter and process invoices into SAP for payment
• Reconcile Monthly Statements
• Process Staff and AMEX expenses through Concur
• Create non-inventory purchase orders
• Monitor monthly spend of phone and internet usage
• Liaise with suppliers and internal parties for Finance related queries
• Assist in full implementation of the Purchase Invoice system

The key skills required for this role include:

• Accounting Degree or equivalent accounting education
• Minimum 3 years' experience in an accounting environment
• Sound knowledge of SAP
• Intermediate experience using Microsoft Excel
• Good reconciliation skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
