About the role
As a Client Director this will be your chance to work across one major client and deeply immerse yourself in our business, the categories and the portfolio of brands. You will be part of a dynamic high performing team and the champion of breakthrough thinking with market leading work.
You will work with the entire team to unearth & develop business challenges into solutions that will drive our business. You will be curious, passionate, enthusiastic and ultimately indispensable to the client. You will have a love of marketing and media and understand its role in driving brand growth.
What will make you stand out
- Building strong relationships with clients, representing the EssenceMediacom team and ensuring all brand work is delivered to the highest quality
- Be a business orientated marketing and media person with a passion for building brand growth through media
- Understand the importance of media and creative working together and be a champion of the agency village construct to work alongside all partners
- Be passionable about the media market, be at the forefront of all change in the industry and have a view on how that can propel clients business forward
- Have a interest in marketing science and principles
- Drive the team culture through development of team engagement plan
- Oversee and drive the complete end to end connections planning process ensuring that it is implemented across all client work
- Work with the Client Partner on developing action plans that continually improve performance evaluation scores
- Go above and beyond to understand your clients' brand/products, enbedd at their offices, immerse yourself in their brands
- Assist the Client Partner to accurately forecast revenue and billings
- Curious about the client’s business - ask questions and request access to all business-related information.
- Puts the client interests first, focusing on their business outcomes linked to KPIs rather than media opportunities
- Is always proactive, providing ideas without being asked
- Has a point of view and not afraid to challenge clients/internal team to achieve a better outcome
