Are you an experienced 2IC/Assistant Centre Director in Early Childhood Education seeking more than just a job? Thriving Futures, in collaboration with Goodstart Somerville, invites you to be part of a community-driven initiative that goes beyond the ordinary.

  • $4,000 Retention Payment @ 6 Months

Assistant Director Role:

  • Lead the team for high-quality early learning and care
  • Mentor and build capabilities within the team
  • Manage daily responsibilities and centre operations
  • Collaborate with the centre leadership team and establish relationships with families and the local community

Essential Criteria:

  • Diploma/Bachelor in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Willingness to relocate to Kalgoorlie
  • Working with Children Check
  • Current first aid certificate
  • Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and QIP
  • Leadership experience in Early Childhood setting
