About the Role:

NRW Holdings has an exciting opportunity for an experiencedQuality Assurance Officer to join our team. To besuccessful in this position you will be a highly organisedindividual who will thrive working under pressure and delivering todeadlines, whilst maintaining a high standard of service andattention to detail. This position is available on a 12-monthcontract covering parental leave.

To be considered for this position, you must possess thefollowing as a minimum:

  • Proven history contributing to a team in a projectenvironment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with anability to prioritise, multi-task and manage own workload
  • Tenacious and hardworking attitude with high attention todetail
  • Ability to work independently where required
  • Previous administration experience and proficient withmodern IT applications including, but not limited to MicrosoftExcel, Word, Visio, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint
  • Knowledge of business management systems andprocedures
  • Good working knowledge of document control in both acorporate and project environment and knowledge of currentdocument control standards

Desirable experience and qualificationsinclude:

  • Experience in the Construction and/or Mining sectors
  • Experience in systems and software including, but notlimited to SharePoint, InEight Document, Aconex andDocumentum
  • Internal auditor training and audit experience
  • Understanding of ISO 9001 principles

As a Quality Assurance Officer, you will be responsiblefor but not limited to:

  • Corporate document control which includes guidance on andformatting of business management system documentation andreview and approval of system workflows for documentation priorto publishing on SharePoint; along with audits of systemmetadata accuracy and cross referencing
  • Support with project document control and setting up newprojects with document management systems through collaborationwith our project teams and clients
  • Managing company archiving
  • Report compilation for outstanding/overdue corporatedocument control tasks and project documentationdeliverables
  • Training on quality systems including, but not limited toSharePoint, InEight Document and Aconex
  • Administrative support to the quality and wider HSEQteam
