Do you enjoy having your creativity seen by Australians across the country every single day? Do you constantly look out for billboards or bus shelters to see your latest masterpiece come to life? Do you scream “that’s me” when your work comes up on a website, on the front of a newspaper, in your social feed or when you walk into major retailers? Then look no further.

This is a unique opportunity for a highly experienced Senior Designer to join Australia's leading local streaming service, with responsibility for the conceptualisation, design, execution and delivery of a wide range of assets across both Entertainment and Sport.

As a creative problem solver, you will deliver original concepts and designs, and efficiently produce high volumes of content. You will be able to pivot and are comfortable working across all marketing streams to deliver studio-led creative to market, and drive the success of campaigns with high impact and engaging creative.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented creative superstar, who thrives in fast-paced environments and has exceptional HTML5 and Adobe Creative Suite knowledge, to produce creative executions on time and to budget.

WHAT YOUR DAY TO DAY LOOKS LIKE

With expert understanding of design principles and an astute eye for detail, you will champion the Stan brand guidelines and:

  • Deliver best in class creative to market, for campaigns across Media, Digital, Static, OOH, Social, Print, Customer, Brand and Partnerships
  • Have a strong understanding of media and ad space to adapt creative and ensure it is fit for purpose
  • Work with the broader marketing team and demonstrate stakeholder management whilst juggling multiple simultaneous priorities
  • Support the Social team with keeping Stan up to date on current trends and executions, through delivery of multiple creative assets
  • Work alongside the PR and Partnerships teams, to deliver unique creative experiences and promotions for Stan

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

A proactive go-getter with a can-do spirit and:

  • 8+ years experience working within an agency or client side in Entertainment
  • Extensive knowledge of HTML5 and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Extensive experience owning and executing both large-scale and smaller campaigns
  • Strong creative project management capability with a deliverables-based approach and the ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines
  • Experience in Sport Marketing (desirable but not essential)
