Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a short-term opportunity to make a significant impact? We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to join our client on a temporary basis for a 3-month assignment in the Hills District of Sydney.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with management to address and resolve Employee Relations issues.
- Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
- Contribute to performance management and talent development programs.
- Advise on organisational structure and workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.
