Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a short-term opportunity to make a significant impact? We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to join our client on a temporary basis for a 3-month assignment in the Hills District of Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with management to address and resolve Employee Relations issues.
  • Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
  • Contribute to performance management and talent development programs.
  • Advise on organisational structure and workforce planning.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and employment legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
