Role description – who are we looking for?Massons is looking for a highly intelligent and driven specialist Property Lawyer.
To be considered for this role, ideally you will:
- have 2-4 years post admission experience with a reputable property team
- be technically savvy and have exceptional attention to detail
- drafting contracts, leases, deeds, agreements and advices
- acting on high-value and complex property transactions
- managing large volumes of work under pressure
- have strong commercial acumen, maturity and common-sense
- have excellent communication skills
- value working in a positive, caring and friendly team-based environment
- bring excellent client service skills to the team
- have advanced Microsoft Office and legal software skills, particularly Word
Ideally the suitable candidate will be available to work full time. However, we will also consider candidates seeking part-time and flexible or remote working arrangements.
We ask our lawyers to work from the office at least 3/5ths of their working week and to be in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This is to ensure that we foster a real sense of team and encourage collaborative working. We trust our senior lawyers to manage any remote or flexible working arrangements autonomously.
We set realistic and clear billable targets, with a focus on team results.
