Job Title: Senior Design Manager

Location: BIRMINGHAM

Salary: Up to £75,000 + Package

  • Skilled Careers is working with an exciting Main Contractor who is looking for a Senior Design Manager to work in Birmingham
  • The ideal Senior Design Manager must be someone ideally with experience working for a main contractor and projects in excess of £10m.

Responsibilities

  • Experience working for a Main Contractor
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Experience with collaborative platforms like 4Projects (desirable).
  • Comprehensive site experience in an engineering or site management role.
  • Strong technical construction knowledge.
  • A deep understanding of current Building Regulations.
  • Familiarity with BREEAM/Passivhaus requirements.
  • A degree in a relevant construction field.
  • Knowledge of M&E design and its interface with construction.
  • Exceptional project management abilities.
