Office Management (Administration & Office Support)

A family-owned Australian manufacturing business that has built an outstanding reputation for high-quality products and customer service excellence across its return and growing customer base The company is experiencing significant growth. CP Consulting Group is seeking the services of an enthusiastic and focused cabinet maker and installer. The successful applicant will join our team, working with minimum supervision. Installers will be working in the factory and on site.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Must have a Current Full Driver's License
  • Must possess a White card
  • Demonstrated experience in construction
  • Demonstrated prior Experience in Office management and Project Coordination
  • Cabinet making experience preferred but not required
  • Trained in technological skills (e.g. Computer/phone smart)
  • Be able to read architectural plans and shop drawings.
  • Great and clear communication skills
  • Positive attitude and able to work well with a team.
  • Also able to work independently and unsupervised responsibly.
  • Must be punctual and on time, hard working, an apt problem solver, able to answer emails and take responsibility of jobs assigned.
  • Able to take ownership and initiative
  • Able to adapt and learn fast
  • Someone that is a Team leader with proper organizational skills within an office environment

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Help and coordinate a job from start to finish 
  • Communicate and speak to a variety of clients over the phone, through email and in person (if need be)
  • Office assistance and coordination
  • Accumulate, collect and collate information from projects/jobs to convey and condense in staff meetings
  • Managing and coordination with subcontractors
  • Scheduling assistance and day-to-day activities from the factory team and the install team
  • Attend site inspections and site measures
  • To prepare manuals when needed for clients
  • Keep track of job completions
  • Help with manufacturing and joinery from the office to the factory floor.
