Bolton Clarke Residential group now has 88 Aged Care Homes across QLD, NSW, VIC, SA & WA, with the inclusion of the Allity, McKenzie & Acacia Living Group. With registered nurses and care staff at our homes 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
The Location
Bribie Cove is a 90 bed residential aged care facility, situated in a tranquil, subtropical seaside setting of Bribie Island. Our lovely home Bribie Cove has the enviable reputation of being a highly sought after aged care residence. With close proximity to beautiful beaches, restaurants and shops, and just minutes from the Pumicestone Passage, this location is hard to beat.
The Job
- Use your exceptional clinical skills to deliver personalised care to our residents.
- Join a caring community with opportunities to progress your career in nursing leadership.
- Ensuring an effective and consumer focused care and service delivery for all residents
- Provide safe and effective evidence based care through assessing, planning, implementing, delivering and evaluating care for residents in accordance with scope of practice, and coordinated health and allied services care planning.
- Be fully supported with a Clinical Care Manager and Enrolled Nurses on site
You bring: experience in a similar role, Night Duty in charge with strong clinical skills, a genuine commitment to lead, coach and develop other care staff and a passion for making a difference.
