Business Analyst

We are searching for a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in our digital transformation journey
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with stakeholders across all levels to gather and define business requirements.
- Analyzing trends and data to identify opportunities for process improvement and solution development.
- Mapping current and future state business processes to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Developing compelling business cases that clearly articulate the need for change, project outcomes, and measurable benefits.
- Working with project teams to transition new or enhanced systems and processes into the business effectively.
- Leading the implementation of new business methodologies for enhanced efficiency and performance.
- Translating complex business needs into achievable technical solutions in collaboration with IT teams.
- Driving process improvements and change initiatives across various business areas.
- Providing exceptional communication to stakeholders at all levels, fostering trust and effectively conveying information.
- Estimating project resources (time, budget, people) and monitoring performance against established goals.
To be successful, you will possess:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business or a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing)
- Computer science or a relevant technical degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in business analysis and complex project delivery.
- Any software or Testing experience would be great
- Proven ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
- Strong process mapping and business case development skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor communication to diverse audiences.
- A demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across all levels.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with project management methodologies and business analysis certifications (e.g., BABOK, Prince2, ITIL) is a strong asset.
