We are currently recruiting multiple contract opportunities based in Sydney CBD (with hybrid flexibliity) for external auditors with minimum 2 years of experience in external audit.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct audits to assess the accuracy of financial statements.
- Review financial records, reports, systems, and controls.
- Identify areas of risk within the organization's financial processes.
- Develop audit strategies to address identified risks.
- Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies, trends, and anomalies.
- Ensure financial statements comply with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes.
- Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings and recommendations.
- Communicate audit findings to clients and senior management.
- Provide recommendations to enhance financial performance and controls.
- Develop strong relationships with client personnel.
Role requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CA / CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in external audit.
- This position may require travel to client sites.
