Are you a qualified Senior Physiotherapist looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of older adults? We are representing a brand-new aged care home in Bunbury, seeking dedicated individuals to join our clients team in providing person-centered therapy services.

Our clients facility boasts a vibrant community atmosphere, featuring outdoor intergenerational areas, BBQ facilities, and a café to encourage social interaction. Additionally, they offer dedicated exercise rooms, a bar, and a hair salon.

About the Role

• Full-time, permanent position (Monday to Friday)
• Relocation support and/or accommodation allowance available upon request
• Reporting to the Senior Therapy Team Lead, you will assess, intervene, and develop programs within a multidisciplinary team to enhance the quality of life for our clients residents.

Your Qualifications and Skills

• Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration
• 5+ years experience as a Physiotherapist is essential
• Aged care experience prefrable
• Experience in planning, delivering, and evaluating therapeutic programs
• Dedication to person-centered care
• Strong workload and time management abilities
• Effective teamwork skills
• Proficiency in computer systems and software, with the ability to adapt to clinical information systems and databases
