The role
Reporting to the Financial Controller this will start as a stand alone position with the opportunity to manage staff in the future plans for the role as the business continues to expand. The core elements of the role include
- Preparation of group consolidated budgets and forecasts
- Preparation and communication of variance analysis across the group
- Partnering with department heads on operational performance, costs, pricing, revenue etc
- Contribute to ad hoc projects and drive improvements in systems, processes, data and reporting
- Collaborate with multiple teams and functions to meet time sensitive deadlines and develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
- Ensure KPI reports are accurate, relevant and contribute to value-add analysis including preparing ad hoc business analysis.
About you
- CA/CPA qualified
- Experience within an FP&A or Commercial Finance function
- Intermediate to advanced excel skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Audit or strong financial control background highly regarded
