We have an opportunity for a Local, Residential Electrical Supervisor to join our team in Kalgoorlie.

About the Role

We have an opportunity for a Local, Residential Electrical Supervisor to join our team in Kalgoorlie.

About You

• Must have Electrical Workers Induction (EWI)
• Supervisor Leadership Training - 4 modules
• Electrical Supervisors Responsibilities Training
• Solid experience as an Electrical supervisor
• Demonstrated supervisory experience as a contractor experience in the Pilbara region desirable.
• Must have all current licenses to work as an electrical supervisor (eg:WA A Grade electrical licence/LVR/CPR/HA).
• Must be able to estimate electrical work scopes.
• Must have experience in supervising fixed price work scopes to deliver results.
• Must have sound knowledge of maintenance and services industry.
• Drive the zero harm culture of the work force.
• Develop and grow working relationships with clients.
• Manage variation process with client.
• Plan and schedule work scopes
