Our Client

Redpath Partners are excited to be partnering with a leading global real estate group. The Real Estate Investment team is a very high performing group and due to the continued growth, an opportunity has become available for an Analyst or Associate to join the team.

The Opportunity

As Part Of The Investment Team Duties Will Include

  • Investment analysis including financial modelling and due diligence across a variety of asset classes.
  • Perform financial analysis of acquisitions and development opportunities through financial modelling, analysis of cash flows and application of valuation principles.
  • Conducting market research and look at current trends across the industry and compile reports and presentations.
  • Preparing due diligence materials, budgets, schedules for property acquisitions.
  • Working across transactions and development
  • Liaising with various internal and external stakeholders being able to build rapport and trust.

About You

In order to be considered for this opportunity, it is important you are able to meet the following criteria:

  • 1-4 years' experience within the property industry preferably in either Valuations, Deal Advisory, Transactions/Acquisitions, Private Credit or Real Estate Investment Banking.
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Property or Valuations will be considered favourably.
  • Must have extremely strong financial modelling and analysis capability. being able to manipulate financial models.
  • Experience running acquisitions on large scale deals across a variety of asset classes.
  • Exposure to Argus / Estate Master will be beneficial.
  • Good communication skills both verbally and written are essential.
  • Highly numerate with a strong attention to detail.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.
