About the role
Here at NOVA Entertainment, we have an amazing team who create integrated campaigns for a wide range of clients including some of the biggest brands in the world. Our teams are constantly looking at innovation in the All of Audio suite of products that include our LIVE and On-Demand advertising opportunities.
This role is a hands-on member of that team and as a Campaign Strategist you will create branded solutions for our clients across all of our platforms, which are presented to our clients in memorable, compelling ways. Every day, you’ll balance both the commercial and content priorities of our business, finding the perfect mix, to deliver amazing campaign ideas.
Your key responsibilities
- Interpreting and interrogating client briefs to create integrated solutions that meet the challenge and objective
- Determine the path from brief to pitch, influencing and motivating others as you go in a feedback-rich, fast-paced environment
- Collaborating with all areas of the business from broadcast shows to podcast creators, to sales teams, digital gurus and beyond, to come up with the winning integrated solution
- Develop strategically sound and compelling pitches for client presentations – and then present those pitches in a professional and engaging manner
- On any given day, you might be facilitating a brainstorm, crafting a storyboard, negotiating our latest in-show partnership, processing talent requests, briefing our design team, or even overseeing an audio recording session, to name a few (actual) examples

- Communication is a strong suit of yours.
- Powerpoint slides are your love language.
- You can multi-task like nobody else.
- You stay on top of culture and trends – you know what’s in and what’s out.
- You stay cool, calm and collected under pressure and take pride in your work.
- Mostly, you know great ideas when you see them and you want to be central to making them happen.
- Ideally 2+ years' experience in a similar role at a media provider, media agency or creative agency and you’re looking for the next step in your creative strategy career, this is the job for you
