Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Strategy: Shape and execute financial strategies that drive growth and optimize performance.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead budgeting processes and provide accurate forecasts to support operational planning.
  • Financial Reporting: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, overseeing financial reporting.
  • Risk Management: Implement robust internal controls and risk frameworks to protect assets and maintain financial integrity.
  • Leadership: Mentor and lead a talented finance team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CA or CPA preferred.
  • Proven track record in senior financial roles, ideally within hospitality sector but not essential.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide strategic insights based on financial data.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels.
