About the role:

As a Senior Business Analyst, your role will be pivotal in spearheading our organization's journey toward strategic growth and operational excellence. Responsibilities:

  • Unveiling Hidden Insights:Conduct in-depth analyses of intricate business processes, identifying root causes of critical issues and uncovering actionable growth opportunities.

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven Track Record: A minimum of 8 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst or similar strategic role, with a demonstrably positive impact on business outcomes.
  • Analytical Expertise: Exceptional analytical skills, including proficiency in advanced data analysis and interpretation tools (SQL, Tableau, R, Python).
  • Strategic Acumen: A keen understanding of business strategy, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making.
  • Executive Presence: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, adept at facilitating discussions and influencing decisions at the executive level.
  • Collaborative Leadership: The ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of the Real Estate industry (preferred).
