We are currently expanding our team and seeking passionate professionals to contribute to the development and delivery of strategic documents, program alignment, project execution, and commercial management across various roles including:

• Data Scientist

• Business Support Specialist

• Network Management and Security Engineer

• Stakeholder Management and Governance Specialist

• Configuration, Risk, and Safety Manager

• System Administration Specialist

• Operational Communications Engineer

• Security Analyst

• Program Manager

• Project Support Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of complex strategic and technical documentation that informs decision-makers and guides program delivery.

• Oversee the successful execution of projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, resource management, and high-quality outcomes.

• Conduct analyses to identify operational efficiencies and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.

• Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide tailored solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and problem-solving.

• Manage logistics and exercise support services, ensuring efficient resource utilization.

• Implement and manage security protocols and measures to safeguard data and infrastructure.

• Support the configuration and risk management processes to ensure compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Mandatory:

• Australian citizenship.

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in fields such as project management, operations research, business administration, computer science, information technology, logistics, or related disciplines.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and deliver high-quality outcomes.

• Willingness to work on-site.

• Passion for contributing to Australia’s national security.

• Security clearances as specified for certain roles (e.g., NV1, NV2, TSPV).

• Desirable:

• Previous experience in national security, government, or Defence sectors.

• Knowledge of Australia’s national security landscape and emerging threats.

• Proven ability to balance creative thinking with practical execution.

• Experience with data analytics, network security, information management, or project management within a Defence context.
