Are you ready to blueprint the future of construction projects, where every plan is a foundation and every milestone equals a completed project? We are searching for a Project Manager who can engineer a team of contractors, clients, and stakeholders to construct projects that are on time, under budget, and built with uncompromising quality.

Your Worksite: The Construction Canvas As our Project Manager, you'll be the front and centre, directing the project's journey from ground-breaking to grand opening. Your crew? A diverse team of clients, contractors, and our own talented workforce. Your mission? To ensure that every project isn't just completed, but stands as a monument to efficiency, precision, and adherence to the highest industry standards.

Your Blueprint for Success:

  • Manage comprehensive project plans that lay the groundwork for triumph
  • Hold weekly meetings, ensuring every team member is structurally sound
  • Survey revenue and costs with the accuracy of a laser level
  • Spearhead project handovers 30 days before the contracted deadline
  • Reinforce quality, time, and OHSE to maximize the structural integrity of project profits

Building Blocks of Excellence:

You understand that service to our clients and architects is important and solid working relationships with the internal team. Your role will require you to work closely with your Site Manager and Construction Manager. 

  • 4+ years of Project Management experience in Commercial Construction
  • Preferred emphasis on commercial or D&C projects 
  • Related tertiary or trade qualifications
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent time management
  • High performer with a reputation for meeting deadlines and ensuring high-quality construction work
  • A highly driven individual who takes accountability for their work and contributes to our established team as we work to achieve common goals
